Your pet's satisfaction is our priority — and so is yours.

• Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, opened grooming tools, pet hygiene products, and consumables (supplements, food) cannot be returned.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
